The room and parking were excellent, and the staff could not have been more helpful - both on reception and at breakfast. They couldn't do enough and it was most appreciated! The pool area is also great.

The room was really big and had obviously recently been renovated. The a/c was exceptionally quiet, which is a bit of a rarity nowadays, so getting a comfortable nights sleep (the outside temperature was 40c) was most welcome. The gym was great, plenty of new equipment and fresh apples and towels provided. The sauna and steam were also very good. The pool is not overly big so, if you get several people there at the same time, then space is limited (we had several families with small children during our stay, so the best time to go to the pool was either first thing in the morning, or early evening). Plenty of shops in the neighbourhood, including Malls, and public transport options nearby. You can walk to Corniche Beach (a free beach) within 25 minutes.

Excellent place, 10/10 for sure! I highly recommend it! It features the best of both worlds- a hotel and an apartment, since it is structured like small apartments in a hotel. It has a 24-hour reception which was important for us, as we were visiting the city for the first time, room service, restaurant, gym, etc, but also the amenities and spaciousness of an apartment. We got the two bedroom residence, which was perfect for our family with two adult kids. The kitchen even included a washing machine! It was fully operational. The two bathrooms were large and very convenient. The room also had 3 TVs! Great wifi and a space to work (I still needed to keep in touch with the office, even though we were on vacation). The room was fully functional and had all amenities that made it feel luxurious. Room service was great and the quality of the food was very good and at a decent price, given it was room service. Since we were there during Ramadan, we ate in our room a lot, but this was not a problem, especially since the apartment was so spacious and the dining area had ample room. The most important thing about this accommodation is the staff. Incredibly helpful, polite, friendly, often going out of their way to help us. Anything we asked for was quickly arranged.

I used to live in Abu Dhabi and was back for a quick visit, so I stayed at the Grand Mercure for two nights. The location is great, right in the center of Abu Dhabi's downtown and easy enough to walk places or grab a taxi. Parking is free and plentiful. I was super impressed with the size and comfort of my room relative to the price...what a great deal! Super clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and easy access to a city that is near and dear to my heart.

I recommend this hotel if you catch an early booking with a good price. It was very clean with daily room cleaning. The breakfast was good but the same options were available everyday so after 6-7 nights it feels that you have less options and no variety. Overall very satisfied with this hotel. If you are non smoker ask at the reception to give you a non smoking room. We were non smoking family but they give us a smoking room which had a cigarette odour smell in the room but we changed the room next day.

Hotel exceeds the expectations! It is a great value for money. I arrived late at night and ... I was given an upgrade to my original booking at no extra cost. Personalised welcome message displayed on TVs made me felt welcome and looked after. Standards of accommodation were amazing. Very friendly and professional approach to client. I have not included meal in my booking and last day before departure run hungry to restaurant wondering if I can grab something to eat. Restaurant manager was very sensitive to my needs and asked me to take a sit and eat my breakfast delaying payment to later. Extremely helpful staff especially among men who never allowed me to carry heavy shopping or luggage. Definitely will be coming back and recommending stay to family and friends. unforgettable experience of hospitality and service at the highest level.

Mrs. Ilham at the reception was excellent. She is very intelligent and quick at solving issues. She is very polite, highly professional and makes a big positive contribution to this hotel. I had a booking at the hotel for a specific type of room. When I checked in, I found out that the hotel had completely sold out the room that I had booked ! Fortunately, the next day Mrs. Ilham came and fixed this unforgivable mistake. Thank you Mrs. Ilham.

Wonderful breakfas, polite mindful and respectful staff , excellent restaraunt and room service , very easy check in registration and check out. One of the best that I ever seen chefs and cookers team. Moreover staff there can help you with different tourism matters(booking variety of tickets , taxi , planing and organisation of plans and intresting places, as well as other issues). In addition I want to thank separately Mr.AKIL SULEMAN POWEKAR for help during all the period with everything that were needed.

Excellent service at a very high level! Two staff members that I would like to highlight are "Akil" and "Badir." They are super professional and friendly. They helped arrange amazing attractions at a great price. The hotel and its staff exceeded my expectations, making my stay in Abu Dhabi unforgettable. Highly recommended for their exceptional hospitality and service!
